Here is Jenny, a strong, Asian American woman in leadership at a very prominent construction company. As a previous woman in leadership at large corporations on top of being an Asian American woman, it was very important to me that she is viewed as that Subject matter expert straight out of the gate. Jenny was apprehensive at first, but when she saw what we were capturing she started to let go of her fears of the photo session and really let herself shine. I love this and love how it made her feel. Not only is Jenny proud of this image, but of herself and the culmination of experience that has made her the women she is today. #amensistah
