Tight crop from a quick session with a New York ballet dancer in Texas for a few days. Halfway through, she hit this intense, focused vibe that totally nails her performer energy. Big softbox up close—I love how the light wraps and the shadows fall off her face sculpting her cheek.

This is a very cool photo! Doesn't really fit the style of the contest (Commercial headshots), hence the less good ratings, but it's a very interesting shot :)
