This is a headshot of pianist and vocalist Natalia Vetrovaya.
She was forced to relocate to Germany with her family due to the war in Ukraine. She currently works as a teacher at a private music school, leads a German choir, and takes part in various concerts.

There is a lot of good here. I would remove the long stray hairs on her forehead, and also pull the hair outside of her shirt next time :)
I would check if there is other shot with more squinch.
