Congratulations to my new team of Headshot Crew Mentors!

I'm so fired up about the new site and the influx of photographers coming to join our team. I couldn't do it alone and have so many of you to thank for your efforts in keeping this community vibrant.

Every now and then you'll see me add a mentor to the mix and these people are hand selected by myself as a source of inspiration to everyone. I pick people that pop into my brain based off a variety of different criteria that I can't even explain to myself. It could be that their work rocks, it could be that they have an amazing business mind, it could be that their social media wherewithal is off the charts or it could be that they just warm my heart and I know they'll do that for others.

Of course, it all stems from their work as headshot photographers. They are chosen from the cream of the crop, the Headshot Crew Associate Photographers. I lean on them for inspiration and I hope you do to.

I'm proud to announce our newest mentors including the first two women that have crashed this party!

Congrats Emilie and Anita! I have to say off and on Anita and I have talked, she has guided me with some minor critique, she was the one that told me I won the Ice Bucket Challenge and the first to congratulate me on my fb page. Most of all she has supported me through her kind words! I am so happy for you Anita well deserved title and a great leader!

Thanks, Peter. And my first mission will be to convince every Protege I see online without a headshot to find the nearest Associate and get some help. Come on, people—It's like a dentist with rotten teeth! I, for one, am planning on offering a special rate to HC members and encourage other Associates to do the same. What better way to build the community?

Then again, maybe they're all holding out for the next Intensive so Peter can do it ;-)
