Eric, it looks like there is a lot of noise in the photo, particularly the hat. Like maybe it was over sharpened? You might want to resubmit because it is a nice image overall. Maybe a tiny bit over exposed but I think that was done in post processing because I remember it in your previous post and I don't think it was this bright there.
