Wow, great image. That smile is real and lights up her whole face. The eyes, lighting, skin tones all look great. With the dark hair, dark clothing and black background a hair light or soft backlight might help to bring her off the background, but without that the face really draws you in so if thats your goal, congrats on a fantstic image.
