Nice expression & colour.
The only things I can see to improve are:
1. Earings are too large, go stud or not at all.
2. Head turn slightly too much because your eye gets drawn to the neckline that goes all the way up to her earlobe

Gorgeous image! My eye is drawn to all the triangles, and inverted triangles of the composition. For me, her head tilt not only showcases the triangle, but also exudes femininity- overall makes want to look at it much longer than the average few seconds. Lovely.

Just love your shot, congrats! Love the angle she's posed, and the eyes draw you in. Skin tones and color seem spot on. Seeing only a single earing thats quite striking does feel like it could be removed or be a little less prominent. I'm wondering if the hair at the back left could have been cloned out to give her a cleaner look on the hair as everything else is so crisp, clean lines and sharp. Hope to see this in the finalists
