Shot this at a conference. One of the benefits to the Crew is that we meet other great photographers, such as Garret Buckley, and others. I was able to have Garret come work with me on this conference in Chicago. Not only is it always a great time working with him, but I also got some great tips, as he's super-talented in his own right.

One thing that's apparent to me moving forward is that I am being hamstrung to an extent with my lighting. There's the technical aspect we strive for, but working with speedlights and 1x2 strips isn't going to cut it for me. I'm going to upgrade to the Flex Kit as soon as possible and here are the reasons why:

1. Better lighting for headshots
2. Faster setup for multiple clients with continuous light
3. Even more iris and less pupil
4. Easier to work with people with glasses
5. You look more like a bad ass

Lastly, I'm going to use my large octobox as the background when I'm shooting headshots, the white is so even and beautiful looking. Can prob even gel with heavy gray to get a solid gray background, too.
