I photograph this headshot using a 48" Deep Octa as the main light and two stip boxes as fill The strobes were set up in a way to mimic Peter Hurley's triangle lighting setup. I also use a fourth light as a rim light from camera right to achieve some separation from the black background.
I used a Canon 5DSR with the Sigma 85MM 1.4 lens @ 5.6f ISO 100.
