Hui is the President/CEO at World Connection and international leadership coach extraordinaire and all over great human being ...I took her headshot portrait years ago and am happy to see my growth. This is my second time shooting with constant LED lighting in the Headshot crew 3 light set up (vs strobes)! Still getting used to it- love the eye catchlights however, Hui has very dark eyes and was excited to see them 'lit up" I looked at many stills from 3 light setups- I am admittedly still not sure I am setting them up correctly? Esp the under light, don't want it to look like uplighting but need to light those eyes. I can't figure out the sweet spot to get that inner corner of eye sockets lit up...have tried feathering..how do I improve?
