- Associates and Mentors can enter to get feedback, but their entries will not be considered when selecting the winner.

So, if we shot a great headshot (not a selfie) this week, does that mean we could only use it for a HSOTM? We couldn't use it next week?
Yeah, it's selfie week this week. HOTW has to be shot the week of the contest unless otherwise specified. HOTM is the best headshot you've ever taken that hasn't been in the contest previously.
