If you could have changed two things, this would have been a good headshot. 1.) Very strange head position. 2,) his clothing needs to have some contrast to the background. It looks like a head floating in space. You'll learn a lot here. Good luck!
You should get some good feedback on what to improve from Peter. But There's a lot of good stuff going on with this photo
