As the name implies, Headshot of the Week (HOTW) runs every week—but eligibility rotates to keep things interesting and fair for our members. There are three variations:

• Standard HOTW – Open to all Coaching Group members who haven’t yet won twice.
• Winners Circle – For members who’ve previously won a HOTW or HOTM contest.
• Associates Contest – Exclusively for official Associate Photographers.

These rotate in the following order: Standard, Winners, Standard, Associates—so there are two Standard contests each month.

This weeks contest: Associate Showdown

This contest is just for Headshot Crew Associates. Once a month, the HOTW contest is reserved solely for Associates to go head-to-head. If you’re not an Associate yet, don’t worry—you’ll still be eligible to compete next week in the standard HOTW contest.

Even if you can’t enter, this week’s contest is a great opportunity to see the level of work you should be aiming for. Peter critiques these entries with an extra critical eye since all participants are seasoned Associates who have already been through the process.

If you are an Associate, submit your best shots and see how your work measures up against the best in the Crew. This contest sets the standard and shows the entire community what to strive for.
