Gareth Skipp has an eye for expression and personality.
In his younger years, Gareth attended the Banff School of Fine Arts on a scholarship in Musical Theatre and went on to perform in a number of productions including a gig in the Broadway-style show at Canada’s Wonderland called Those Magnificent Movies.
Gareth’s other artistic skills include designing and teaching shows for marching bands in Canada, the USA and Germany.
Gareth’s appreciation for music and the arts has led him to use his photography skills for the Mississauga Arts Council, Canadian Drumline Magazine, St. Michael’s College School, Villanova College, Lifetime Fitness, The Bluecoats Drum & Bugle Corps and a number of musicians.
Gareth’s talent for understanding design, eliciting emotion and capturing the character of his subjects has always been a strong suit. With over 25 years of experience in photography, he easily captures that special event or memory in breath-taking images that set him apart from the rest.
