All BFAS'ers can apply for a wingman without time restriction.
If you've taken one of my courses you have graduated the course with a Bachelors in the fine art of Shabanging degree and received the BFAS rank under your avatar. Those that have can now instantly submit to be part of the wingman program. So get in there and get it going guys. We'll set you up with your wing person shortly. Everyone else must wait the required three month period before being assigned a wingman.

Thanks Maurice, but all it says is "So pick someone you'd like to work with and I'll see if I can hook it up for you! Give me your top choice as well as two alternates should your top pick be unavailable." Should I see a form or something?

My screen looks like Stan's. We were in the same class in earlier this month, so maybe the code hasn't been updated to show for those of us with less than 90 days but are BFAS.

Maybe remove the cache from the browser? Or open a browser in privacy-mode or incognito-mode and see if the issue persists. If so, we might have a bug on the page.

There's is no need for that anymore, since they're BFAS.
