Not a member of the coaching groups
This is Nick Von Schlippe, a Russian living in London. I shot this last week trans-oceanically. I've been doing virtual headshots for several weeks with a group of actors I'm involved in. I instruct them on lighting arrangement, camera arrangement, and do a screen capture. I'm also a director, so I direct them through character exercises to get the expressions. I'll have some BTS in comments a little later.
