Nate Dean is a former bass player who turned his love of photography into a passion of both worlds. Music has always been a part of his life. Capturing images of those who command their instruments and the stage is just one piece of his art. Portraying to viewers of his work, the emotion and passion behind a musician’s soul is his ultimate goal.
Nate has photographed and worked with many familiar names such as Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Eric Church, Journey, Willie Nelson, Matchbox Twenty, The Band Perry, Bad Co., The Pretty Reckless, Zac Brown Band, Rascal Flatts, KISS, Charlie Daniels, James Taylor, ZZ Top and many more. His work has appeared in national magazines such as Modern Drummer, MMR and Music Inc, along with CD's such as JT Hodges and The Makem and Spain Brothers.
