My name is Denzal. I’m originally from the Mississippi Delta, home of the Blues! I’ve been in the Long Star state since late 2009. I was bitten by the photography bug by way of my father, gifting me a Minolta X370 film SLR which I still have and use for projects. I’ve been shooting off and on since 2001. I’ve since committed myself seriously to shoot professionally for a few years now. I’ve also completed a professional course through the New York Institue of Photography to which I’m proud of myself for the commitment and completion.
Well, I’m married to my college sweetheart, just celebrated 20 years this January! We have two sons, one is in his first year in college and the younger one in his first year in high school. I’m a pretty simple guy. I love to read books. I probably have spent more on books than equipment. I see joining the “Headshot Crew” as an investment to which I’m eager to learn as much as I can. I am looking forward to connecting with Peter, mentors and the associate photographers of the group.
