Being a creative is what drives me. I love the connection people can make and photography allows one to capture that connection for everyone to see. I thought in my high school career that being an engineer was what I wanted to do with my life for my love of science and math, but man was I wrong! I was always a creative type - drawing, painting, photography - you name, I dabbled in it. Like everyone else at some point or another, the rat race beats you down and one attempts to compete, instead of spectate at their leisure. This quickly wore me down over the course of 5 years (after 4 years of college too!). I began to realize that working hard at something you're not passionate about brings on stress, but working hard for something that truly inspires you is passion incarnate.
So here I am, 2 years back into photography and life is great! I meet interesting people from all walks of life and get to help them show the world who they really are.
