WHERE DO YOU LIVE? Currently, I live in South Jersey, about 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SHOOTING HEADSHOTS? I've been shooting headshots and portraits for about 10 years now. I booked my first job shooting for Peirce College for an ad campaign they were working on that year. It was pretty cool to see my images all over Philly considering I had just graduated from Uarts (The University of the Arts) that same year.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU LIKE TO SHOOT? Besides headshots, I enjoy photographing food cityscapes and several other subjects...pretty much anything that puts me behind my camera and trying new things. YOUR LIGHTING SETUP FOR HEADSHOTS? I often use one large softbox with a fill and reflector under the chin or one 72" umbrella directly behind me to mimic flat window lighting. Sometimes if it's very sunny out, I'll use the shoot through 5 in 1 reflector by Westcott.

WHEN DID YOU FIRST DISCOVER PH AND THE HSC? I originally met Peter Hurley at Photo Plus Expo back in 2017. I remember going over to the booth because I was curious about the lighting setup Peter had during one of his demos. I got to chat with Peter for a little bit after his demo, which is when he told me about his book and the Headshot Crew. I bought a copy, got an autograph and I took a selfie with him and somehow ended up at his studio party, haha. It was an interesting first introduction but I'm happy I got to meet him.

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE TO JOIN THE CREW AFTER YOU FOUND IT? When I bought Peter's book, he was also offering a promo for 3 free months so I signed up as soon as I got home from PPE and I've been a member ever since.

WHAT IS ONE THING PEOPLE WOULD NEVER GUESS ABOUT YOU? Unless you had a conversation with me, you would never know I grew up spending my childhood in Europe. My mother was in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years.

WHAT'S ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU? I am currently working on a book titled 'Human'. It's a figure study series that focuses on positive body image, or at least that's the goal.
