PDN PhotoPlus Expo, Fstoppers & HURLEYPRO

Every year I'm always looking forward to the end of October. While the kids are getting ready for Halloween, I'm gearing up to get my fill of photographic inspiration. The PDN PhotoPlus Expo is something I've never missed and this year is no different in that regard. However, it's a heck of a lot different for me in the fact that this is the first year that...

PH2PRO community loses one of it's members.

Today I got the news that Simon St-Laurent had passed away on Sept 27th. I'm sorry I hadn't heard earlier and my deepest condolences go out to his friends and family. I'm an LA based photog and a disciple of Peter's style and method. I am doing a corporate shoot in the middle of the month and 7 of the 9 principles from the company will be in Los Angeles. I'll be shooting them here. But there is one exec in Atlanta and one exec in St George Utah, about 50 miles north of Vegas, that need shots which echo my/Peter's style so...

TetherTools Veteran's Day Project

Hey guys! So TetherTools asked me to team up with them to do something nice for Veteran's Day. They want to put together a group of portraits of Veterans and I guess we'd launch a gallery of them for Veteran's day this year. We would donate the shots to the Veteran's and their families. I'd like PH2PRO photographers to go for it and submit images to Amber at...
