Individual data points are not useful. The aggregate can sometimes be useful once the number of people rating lookability (and most are not sticking to lookability, unfortunately) is greater than 10.

My 2 cents:
collar is prob what keeps it out of an Associate portoflio (perhaps the necklace too, but it's not that distracting).
good light and color.
I like that she's a little bit stoic or intense.
Put it on your website. Clients will like it.
Keep it in the contest to get the feedback.

popped collar is cool. I understand why you did it. I think that, because it's uneven, it might not land as well. The necklace outside the shirt might not either. But, they are aesthetic choices. So, the important part is the discussion about them, and all of the opinions around things like this during a discussion that ultimately make us all better. (even if later on we decide to go in a different direction... the process teaches us more than we initially know)
