Headshot of myself, first headshot I've ever taken. I know it's a bit out of focus but it was hard since I couldn't be behind the camera. Completely unedited and no makeup.

This photo is very up lit. Notice how the exposure under the nose is so much brighter than anywhere else. It looks like you're using a reflector or a light source below you. Take that away and position it to the side and see how that works out.
