As a child headshot photographer I always seek to get into the child's world in order to bring out the authentic personality. In this headshot, this child was serious, contemplative, and thoughtful. I wanted to document his true and comfortable nature by taking a developmental approach into the 10 year old world of what he'll be when he grows up, and complementing him on his cool hair and look, which he was proud of.
