I fell in love with photography in college. There were a couple of other romances along the way. One with industrial design and another with graphic design.

Photography has me for life.

I've been shooting on my own now for just about ten years and I'm proud to say I learn new things from folks everyday. I suppose that's one reason I love photography. It gives me a great opportunity to get to know people and to capture a bit of the personality of those I photograph.

I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area originally, spent six great years in Santa Barbara living a block from my twin sister and the beach.

Now I'm loving the Portland metro area. I'm going to stay here for good.

I have a truly wonderful wife and the cutest daughters in the world (Yes, I'm biased. I know you have the cutest kids in the world too).
