After suffering a career ending injury while serving my community for 20 years as a police officer, I hung up my gun belt for good to pursue a second career in photography. While photography and film making had always been hobbies of mine, I was never fully able to dedicate myself to truly honing my craft while dealing with the very tough demands of a law enforcement career. Since leaving the police force, I have committed my professional life to becoming the very best headshot and portrait photographer you have ever worked with. This includes training with some of the very best photographers in the world, and working diligently, on a daily basis, to stand out from the competition.
While I have always enjoyed photography since childhood, I never knew it would bring me such a profound sense of joy and purpose. Bringing out the very best in my clients has proved even more rewarding than taking criminals off the street. While any photographer can take a picture of a person's image, I strive to bring out the true, raw personality of my clients. When a person looks at my client's photograph, then meets them in person, I want that photograph to make it feel as if the two had already met. I want that picture to reflect more than just what the client looks like, but who they are - heart and soul. This is what separates a picture from a photograph, and gives my clients the edge they deserve.
