If you want a picture…. have the neighbor kid in high school take it. If you want a photographic experience which reveals your best attributes then you have found the right place.

You see, life experiences will mold you into who you are today. My experiences with the camera began as a senior in high school. As a sports editor of the yearbook I was receiving poor football images from our photography staff. I lay down a challenge for better work and in turn the staff replied that maybe that I should to see if I could do it. Not knowing any better I checked out a camera and set off for my first Friday Night Lights shoot. I learned two important lessons that night. The first is that getting incredible actions photos of football is extremely difficult and secondarily I also discovered I had a passion and talent for photography.

Since that Friday night, my journey has led me to get a degree in Chemistry, work on a masters in advertising, and receive a doctors degree in dentistry. Academics aside, what I have really been passionate about is my wife and three kids. Their impact on me has shaped my full being and our close extended family has allowed may opportunities to utilize and hone my photographic skills. Many photographers will find themselves limited to one specialty where I followed sport, theater, concert, fine art, and portraiture all which expanded my life experiences and photography knowhow.

Based in the DFW area since 1979 I have had the opportunity to become involved in our community and serve on many civic organizations, everything from the Boys and Girls Club to the American Heart Association to the city’s Teen Court to the school district’s Health Advisory Board. All these organizations involve people just like you. It has been my privilege to serve lots of people from very diverse back grounds and to learn from them. I can take those people skills to learn from you what your expectations are and together we can come up with outstanding results.

You see the quality of a photograph should be unquestionable. But that does not mean a thing if your vision is not met. My job is to take that vision and enhance it beyond your expectations. I want to create images that not only excel in quality, but also solicit heartfelt emotions that only great photographs can deliver. Thank you for that opportunity.
