About Eric

Los Angeles and San Francisco based portrait and editorial photographer specializing in performing arts, youth education, LGBTQ issues, social service organizations, and corporate photography. This work is an extension of 20 years working in and on behalf of non-profit community based organizations in the fields of AIDS, homelessness and housing, health advocacy, civil rights, transgender issues, and youth development. I have photographed around the world, most recently in Bhutan, Thailand, Turkey, the Georgian Republic, and multiple trips to Cuba. My clients have included the San Francisco Symphony and Chorus, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Music Center, Lúnasa, Pacific Boyschoir, Gospel for Teens, Empower African Children, Children of Uganda, Children's Action Network, Special Olympics of Southern California, Guatemalan Children's Network, the Pasadena Museum of History, the Pasadena Arts Council, American Friends of Georgia, the Georgian National Ballet, the National March for Equality (official photographer), Colliers International and Velux Skylight Systems. Pro bono work includes Help-Portrait, Flashes of Hope, and Heart Gallery (recently displayed at Los Angeles City Hall)
