Windell Lewis | Photography was the brainchild of Windell Lewis who was born in Chester, PA outside of Philadelphia, PA. I have always been a student of the arts; first as a poet, musician and now as a photographer.
I purchased my first digital point-n-shoot camera in 1996 it was an Olympus sp-510us with 7.1 megapixels, for weeks I wondered what "f/5.6" meant. *lol* in 2011, I purchased my first Nikon DSLR a Nikon d5000 which had 12.1 megapixels and a few kit lenses. That was just the beginning of my equipment inventory.
I began to immerse myself in photography; reading every book and attending every seminar\workshop that I could. The art of photography intrigued me and i realized that with talent and study, it is a passion that I can share with the world.
Windell Lewis | photography was founded in January of 2012 and aims to prove beauty in the world can be captured one snapshot at a time. We look forward to working with you and hope you enjoy the captured moments of life displayed on this page.
