Peter Alessandria is a commercial and fine art photographer and videographer based in New Jersey. His specialties include commercial product photography, executive portraits and headshots, architectural photography, corporate and industrial video, and fine art photography. As a commercial photographer he has experience shooting a variety of products across a multitude of industries. His work covers everything from clothing to cosmetics to computers to jewelry. He even has a client who distributes auto parts! As a portrait photographer, Peter has shot everyone from actors and actresses to corporate CEO’s. His architectural photography encompasses commercial and residential spaces. Peter’s industrial video projects include general marketing, FAQ and PR videos as well as internal training videos. Finally, as a fine art photographer, Peter has created more than two dozen amazing collections of landscape, seascape, cityscape and still life images worthy almost any residential or commercial space. Over the past few years, his work has been featured in numerous group shows and exhibitions, and he has also had more than a dozen solo exhibitions of his work. His photos have garnered critical acclaim as well - he has won seven (7) awards for fine art work in the past three years alone.

Photography is a second career for Peter. He spent the first part of his work life as an entertainment and intellectual property attorney based in Los Angeles. Working in the film and television industries sparked his own creativity and was the impetus for him to first pick up a still camera in 2004.

Peter has turned a passion for photography into a satisfying and rewarding career. His vision going forward is to continue to hone his skills as a photographer while being of service to others in the commercial and fine art arenas. He also hopes to inspire and educate others interested in photography through his classes and workshops.
