A Utah native but a Texan at heart, I moved to Port Aransas when I was 2 years old. My passion for the Gulf of Mexico and photography has brought me back to Texas from my travels to Utah, California, and abroad to create quality local photography and videography. By creating a community oriented space and offering a venue for myself and other artists to share their visions, I hope to add even more depth and variety to Port "A".
An interest in photography and a love of the outdoors was instilled in me by my family and influenced my decision to become a photographer. Working as a whitewater rafting guide for Holiday River Expeditions during the summers and doing photography/videography at Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort during the winters in Utah enabled me to become a versatile photographer.
I attended the acclaimed Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA, where I received my BA in Visual Journalism in 2008. I did various photojournalism style projects and documentaries on subjects ranging from Hurricane Katrina to the Fes Festival of World Sacred music in Morocco.
I offer a variety of photographic services including but not limited to, architecture/real estate, sports, scenic/landscapes, weddings, fishing trips, portraits, stock photography/commercial photography and videography as well as printing, fine art reproduction, and journalistic assignments.
