WHERE DO YOU LIVE? I live in Phoenix, Arizona; with a studio in Scottsdale.


HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN SHOOTING HEADSHOTS? I starting shooting headshots about 2 years ago.

WHAT IS YOUR LIGHTING SETUP FOR HEADSHOTS? I’ve been using 1 x 2 flexible LED panels.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU LIKE TO SHOOT? I enjoy shooting individual, couples’, and family-style portraiture. I love creating fine art wall enlargements/portraits that will be cherished for generations to come.

WHEN DID YOU FIRST DISCOVER PH AND THE HSC? I discovered Peter Hurley about 3 1/2 years ago but didn’t look into the Headshot Crew until the same time that I started shooting headshots, which was about
2 years ago.


HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO JOIN THE CREW ONCE YOU FOUND IT? I joined The Crew as soon as I decided that I wanted to offer headshots. I knew that I needed to become a sponge and dive right in!

WHAT IS ONE THING PEOPLE WOULD NEVER GUESS ABOUT YOU? I broke my back in 2003 and after being bedridden for months, began a journey into different world views/religions to find a meaningful life for myself. I researched many of the religions of the world, studying each “ism’s” sacred texts. I ended up becoming extremely well versed on topics relating to theology, philosophy, etc, and have spent well over a decade speaking, lecturing, and debating on such topics.

WHAT IS ONE THING YOU WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT YOU? I don’t really wish people knew anything else about me, although I do wish that they would learn from my mistakes. Life is short, and I’ve learned over time that most often than not, the situations that we fear the most in life, never come to fruition. We become stagnant, stuck performing our meaningless routines, all the while mechanically reinforcing the vicious cycle of irrational fears that have been dictating our decisions for years. We stand in the way of our own greatness! Learning to get out of one’s own way, to dismiss the ego, and really live life, is a mentality/perspective that I try to practice daily.
