Boxing is so popular now! For me, it was Tae Kwon Do. Studied that for 5 yrs when I was in Manhattan. It was the flying side kick that took me out. No purer stress relief than kicking, punching and screaming! Just visualize that client that's annoying you!

I started mine March 1st!! Finally went in for my check-up and didn't like my cholesterol numbers. My goal is to see the cholesterol and weight back to where they should be by summer. I used to go to a fantastic boot camp near me, but it got too pricey. So I'm in!!!

Broke the metatarsal bone on my pinky toe at the gym coming down from a rope climb. though i just rolled my ankle but couldn't put weight on it the next day. Got 6 weeks with this cast so that it hopefully heals and i avoid surgery.

It was a rope climbing situation! Came down from the rope pretty bad thought it was an ankle sprain but ended up fracturing the metatarsal bone. Six weeks with this bad boy and then no surgery: that's the goal!

Just completed my march to 210 lbs -- 40 lbs lighter! I used LoseIt on my iPhone to track meals, weighed myself weekly, exercised in some form 4-5 days per week and visualized myself looking incredible every day of it. I plan to continue that going forward to keep me sharp.

Visualization is a big component, folks. Visualize and get your conscious mind thinking you're in great shape and then all of a sudden your subconscious kicks in and helps the process. Kept me on track!

Now time to get a new suit and have Norman Jaillet shoot my portraits!
