Marlo Montanaro, a self-taught photographer since 1986, was born in northern New Jersey and now resides at the Jersey shore. He can be found photographing local musicians, the coastline, or working on model’s portfolios in the studio or at the beach.

His work has hung in The Downtown Café in Red Bank, NJ, and has also been featured in the book “The Real Jersey Shore.” Marlo also has several album covers, promotional advertisements, and posters to his credit. His newest exhibition, "Legs: An Introduction" is hanging in Asbury Park, NJ as part of a larger photo exhibit entitled "Hanging in Heaven."

A hallmark of his style is large, highly detailed and bold images that provoke your attention.
