My name is Benjamin Jai and I am a deaf professional photographer working in Brisbane, Australia.
This is my story so far. I studied for my Diploma in PhotoImaging at the Southbank Tafe College in Brisbane Australia.
When I graduated I imagined I would work in the Wedding photography genre and although I still really enjoy photographing couples on their special day I found I was interested in Headshot Photography and wanted to learn more about it. I started to research online and found Peter's articles. I was really interested in what I saw so I purchased his videos and they are great however I had one problem. As there are no subtitles I missed much of the verbal cues. My note taker during my college years came to the rescue and I am now able to take full advantage of Peter's awsome advice. I have been fortunate to be able to work with a Brisbane Headshot photographer gaining valuable experience and now I am working hard to build my own business. I am passionate about my business and I am getting more work now as my photopgraphy becomes better known.
