I help people be themselves in front of a camera because, let’s face it, while we understand the importance of a LinkedIn Headshot, a Business Profile Picture or Family Legacy, most people still hate having their photograph taken – be it for business purposes or personal use.
Here’s the thing though – people form relationships with people, professionally and personally. A prospective employer or client wants to see who they’re dealing with first, a child wants to hold a photograph of a parent forever and a wife will want to hold a photograph of her husband long after he’s gone.
Photography is the thread the links us universally and photographs are what we hold onto when we can’t hold on in person.
At the Ipswich Photography Studio, the common thread to all of my work has always been to find the substance over superficiality and to bring to light what might otherwise remain unseen.
