Hello, I'm Ben Marcum, a professional headshot photographer in Louisville, Kentucky. I was Kentucky's first Associate Photographer with Peter Hurley's Headshot Crew, and I'm the only Headshot Crew Mentor in the state.

Since opening my studio in 2013, I've created professional headshots for hundreds of clients, including entrepreneurs, attorneys, physicians, real estate agents, and executives. My work has also served teams from organizations such as Yum! Brands, Cerity Partners, Louisville Paving and Construction, Goldberg Simpson, Vaughn & Smith, and more.

Every session is guided, efficient, and focused on capturing genuine expression. My goal is simple: create headshots that feel authentic, confident, and approachable, so clients leave with images they're proud to use.

Ben Marcum is a Louisville headshot photographer and Kentucky's only Headshot Crew Mentor. His portrait work has earned international recognition, including a Silver Award and a Sweet 16 placement at the 2024 PPA International Photographic Competition.
