I have always been drawn into photography. My dad introduced me to the subject with his old Nikon FM when I was a teenager. This was enough for me to fill me up with amazement, knowing that I could capture a slight piece of time with the camera, and with this, a portion history.
As I grew up, I found interest in architecture and eventually entered design school. It was during this time that I made school trips to different parts of the world. During these trips I found the urge to document my trips, places I visited, events that happened, and the people I went with. Suddenly I couldn’t go anywhere without my camera.
I had the privilege to be an intern in Carlos Ferrater´s office (OAB) in Barcelona on 2010. During my stay in Barcelona, I bought a Canon T1i and started to train myself as a photographer, going out everyday after work into the city in search of architecture shoots.
Once back in México, I was committed to be an Architecture Photographer. In 2011 I founded "Documentación Arquitectonica" and started working as a professional photographer. I graduated from ITESM in May 2011 as an architect, and started working as one. I have continued my parallel jobs ever since. Being in contact with my camera for capturing architecture, opened up my curiosity on different areas of photography such as Portraits and Headshots.
