Hudson is a people person first and foremost. He simply loves working with his clients to make them feel the best about themselves and then translating that into a photograph.
Having felt awkward about his appearance for most of his life and having no one to guide him, Hudson took it upon himself to learn what makes someone look interesting. What he found is that it is not the clothes, it is not the hair, and it is not on the surface. While those things may help, they aren’t the core of an interesting person. What makes you look interesting is subtlety. What draws people to your image and ultimately to yourself is really inside. You’re an iceberg –– 10% on top and 90% deep down inside informing that ten percent (courtesy of Hitch.) This is what Hudson loves about photography. He helps you build that 90% underneath to wow people with the 10% on the surface.
Hudson first picked up a camera while living in Los Angeles. Prior to that transition he was a musician who couldn't keep his love for imagery at bay and found that he loved to take pictures of all his friends in the music industry. This lead to a number of gigs doing live music photography and working with bands for promos. He did not know where this would go but he knew that he wanted to take photographs of people for a living.
After moving around a bit he finally met a great girl and settled down in Philadelphia, PA and works tirelessly to take his headshots and portraits to the next level.
