I spent over two decades living in Taiwan, where I worked in advertising, translation, coached the national triathlon team, organized triathlon races, ran a photo studio and operated my own photography business. I now reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I offer private and corporate clientele dynamic photography with style.

As a distance runner and triathlete I honed a keen sensitivity to the drama of sport, which I carry over into my photographic approach. In addition to photographing races and events like triathlons, marathons, duathlons, and promotional activities for various media, I offer editorial photography services for active outdoor lifestyle clients along with individual and family portrait sessions, bridal sessions, and personal branding headshots.

I speak English and Chinese. I still dream often in Mandarin Chinese with a little Taiwanese dialect thrown in for good measure.
