I'm a Photographer! But you know that. I LOVE photography, I love using my cameras, and I love working with people and providing beautiful portraits of them. I shoot many genres of photography because having my camera in my hand and creating art brings me joy and I think this keeps me sharp, it allows me to maintain the muscle memory. Having someone in my studio, knowing they trust me to capture their best is so rewarding to me. I hope your next!
My studio is located on the 2nd floor of a duplex. It has 2 large shooting rooms, one low key room (17'x16' all black - no natural light - I control 100% of lighting) and a high key room (16'x15' all white - natural light from a bay window - light bounces everywhere.) There are 10+ backdrops incl white and black seamless. several props, fog & bubble machines, and many other tools. there is also a full kitchen, a bathroom/dressing room, and a conference room. I do rent this space, see website. I shoot with the Nikon D850, light with Godox and P.C. Buff, and I'm waiting to photograph YOU!
On the personal side I am a husband of 28 years, with a beautiful daughter, grandson, and granddaughter. I grew up in the military and served in the military, My father 31 years Army and me 4 years Air Force. My mother is an international artist whose work has been in museums in Japan, South Africa, and USA. She's been published in 3 books and invited to a well-known national museum. My brother is also an artist mostly in airbrush. I was blessed with 2 wonderful parents and the best big brother ever. Family is very important to me, and I think that adds to my relationship with other people. I have an MBA and work for a national bank. Through the military, raising a family, working in corporate, and earning my MBA I have never put my camera down, and don't plan to do so for many more decades!, Well after I photograph you.
