I am a commercial photographer specializing in people. Working with editorial and advertising clients, I create images that capture strength and intensity in my subjects (sometimes with a slight twist). While I see and appreciate the beauty in natural light photography, I love the challenge of developing a concept and using lights to create a mood or feeling in an image. While most of my commissioned work is in the sports and entertainment industry, my personal work covers a broad spectrum. I love humor and try to incorporate subtle (or not so subtle) traces of it as much as possible. I love the whole creative process from idea development to execution to finished product. I am currently working on several long term personal creative projects ranging from portraits to documentary work.
