Hey PEOPLE!

What a ride 2024 has been! I just gotta take a moment to look back, and say something that I certainly haven’t said enough: THANK YOU. Each and every one of you makes this crew what it is, and I’m beyond grateful to be on this wild, creative journey into headshotland with such an epic group of stellar photographers and humans in general! The crew is made up of such great people and without you guys showing up and supporting each other this crew wouldn’t be what it is today, so a big thanks to all of you.

I know you’ve worked hard at it and did your best to crush 2024 whether you got to Associate or not. You’ve leveled up your skills and fine-tuned your craft, you’ve been out there, day in and day out, creating magic for your clients. I’ve seen you hustling, grinding, and showing up for yourself and this community. And let’s not forget the camaraderie, the support, and the way you’ve lifted each other up. That’s what the foundation of the Headshot Crew is all about, and you’ve kept that vibe alive and thriving through our crewcasts and in the hangout.

So here’s the deal: 2024 was just the warm-up for 2025, right? Well, you know if you’ve been with me for a while, how fired up I get with a new year ahead of us, and this year is no different. I’ve got big things in store, and you know I’ll be pushing you to go hammer time on your goals. Whatever they may be—whether it’s mastering your lighting, getting the pesky color right, growing your client base, snagging your Associate or Mentor badge, or just bringing everything up a notch—now’s the time to put whatever went down good or bad in 2024 behind you and start chalking up a plan for the new year. You’ve got the tools, the talent, and this incredible community backing you every step of the way. So, there’s no holding back for any of us.

So here’s to YOU, Headshot Crew. Thank you for being part of this journey, for trusting me, and for trusting each other. Together, we’re creating something bigger than headshots—it’s a movement, a mindset, and a mission to elevate not just our work but ourselves.
