I'm currently a Washington DC based freelance photographer specializing in concerts, events, headshots, and portraiture. Throughout my childhood and most of my adult life, I have been a classically trained musician and I enjoy putting that level of creativity into my photography. Although I have a passion for the fast paced concert and event shoot, I've grown to really enjoy setting up the formal headshot or portrait. After joining Kelby One, I played Peter's video and was immediately intrigued by the clean, white, high-key headshots he produced. After a lot of trial and error, I finally think I've come close to the "Peter Hurley Lighting Algorithm." I hope to supply more clients with this great look that he originated!
