Cooper James was born and raised in Tucson Arizona, which is somewhat unremarkable. He has worked at the Tucson PBS station, Arizona Public Media, for four years, where he won an Innovation and Excellence Award and an Emmy© Award from the Rocky Mountain Southwest Chapter of NATAS for his film work, which is slightly more remarkable, considering it was all while wearing pants some would consider "unreasonably tight." Cooper works as a freelance Cinematographer, he is also a headshot photographer. When he's not behind the camera, Cooper is an avid snowboarder and rollerblader (it’s like skateboarding, but not as cool).
