I was born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, and grew up acting and taking pictures.  I majored in acting at Emerson College in Boston, MA, and, as graduation approached, all of my friends suddenly needed headshots.  As the friend with a camera and the photo know-how, I offered my services, began shooting headshots, and found that I really enjoyed it.  After college, I moved to New York City, and continued to hone my skills as a photographer.  While in New York, I took my photography from a hobby to a profession, and in 2010, I brought my headshot business to Los Angeles.  I love shooting natural light headshots in the beautiful southern California weather, and continue to enjoy working with all the great Los Angeles based actors I'm lucky enough to meet.
