Robert Nowell is a Canadian award-winning photographer who started his photography business thirty-four years ago. He’s a professor of photography at Mohawk College in Ontario and is co founder of Sprout Studio and serves as a director on the board.
Robert served as chair of the Professional Photographers of Canada -Ontario and of the Hamilton Niagara Branch of PPOC.
He is formally trained in photography and holds a Communication Arts degree from Fanshawe College. In the first phase of his career he was primarily a commercial photographer with clients such as US Energy, Johnson Mathey, Proctor and Gamble, World Vision Canada, StateFarm Canada, Iona Appliances, Great Gulf Homes and many more.

Robert recently attended a headshot intensive workshop with Peter Hurley and in a small class of 12 was able to refine his headshot skills even further.
