About Jeff

I have been involved with photography for many years, way before auto focus and no aperture ring was the norm. Schooled in film photography and darkroom processes. Now, with no regrets I work with the digital processes. And, I love it! Just an editorial comment: My Canon "New F1" with motor drive, is a paper weight, lol. That camera was the top of the line, "pro grade" when I bought it, but digital, is so much better! We are now free to shoot everything and experiment without the film and procesing expenses from years ago.

100% of my income is derived from a photography related business, the last 5 years. I own and operate a photo booth rental business, and have a home based photography studio. Some of my work requires me to print instantly on location at events. I have been involved working with models the last two years.

I use Photoshop and Lightroom in my work flow, as well as Portrait Professional 11 for retouching headshots and FX Home PhotoKey 4 Pro, for processing green screen. My studio lighting includes Paul Buff Einsteins with wireless triggers and Alien Bees 800's, along with various light modifiers. This gear is able to go to any location with the addition of the vagabond mini battery. I also own an Epson 3880 Pro, printer, and 3 Sony UP- CX1 dye sub printers.
