Jeffrey R. Kepner has been a recognized photographer professionally for over 25 years. He has received many prestigious awards through the Professional Photographers of America, State and Local chapters. Jeff has a photography degree from the Illinois Institute of Art as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Foreign Language and speaks fluent French, Spanish and Italian. In addition, he holds a Master of Education Degree from Cardinal Stritch University
