Two light setup.
Lisa preferred a grey background on her previous photos (not by me), which were also waist upwards. I suggested trying a headshot and started with a white background to give her the option, and she loved it. She recently left corporate employment to run her own business so was looking for new LinkedIn profile images.
The lighting I used was two Elinchrom D-Lite (200W) strobes with Photix 35 x 140 softboxes. The background was lit with 2 x Godox AD200 Pro
